Foundations of Project Management for the Electrical Trade

This three-day intensive course is intended for new project managers or experienced journeymen looking to make the transition. The course — led by Brian Brinkman, VP for Operations and Designer at Tutor Electrical Services, Inc. in Fort Worth, Texas — will take participants through the major divisions of the project life cycle: project acquisition and initiation; project planning; project execution; and project completion and close-out.
Class will run from 8 am to 5 pm daily, January 15-January17, 2024.
